I recently had the chance to experience a rejuvenating stay at Arogyadham Retreat during my trip to Rishikesh, and it was truly a delightful escape that allowed me to unwind amidst nature. Nestled just steps from the serene Himalayan Yog Ashram, this place offers a perfect blend of tranquility and luxury-my partner and I found the outdoor pool to be a wonderful addition, inviting us to lounge under the sun while sipping on fresh smoothies. The friendly and attentive staff made our experience feel warm and personalized, especially during our meals at the in-house restaurant that served delicious Indian and Italian cuisine. Breakfast was a highlight, providing a lovely buffet that energized us for our day of yoga and exploration. While the surroundings could use a little extra tidiness-especially in the corridors-I found the room service prompt and efficient whenever I needed any assistance. I must say, Arogyadham is a harmonious sanctuary for wellness lovers like myself, and I couldn't have asked for a better retreat. I'll definitely be back for another dose of relaxation!
